In the matrix of urine casts that is derived from tubular secretions predominantly THP is found instead of albumin.
(G): Immunoperoxidase staining with DAB and antikeratin-7 antibodies (OVTL12/30), human. It shows that the macula densa cells are unstained between the positively stained other cells of this part (cortical thick ascending limb) of the distal tubule.
