Description: Stain: CK 7 antikeratin antibody (OVTL12-30) immunoperoxidase staining with diaminobenzidin reaction (DAB) and hematoxylin counterstaining.
(A): Cervical gland (lumen, 1) keratin expression exclusively in basal regions (→) of epithelial cells.
(B): Part of two glands (1) with the same reaction pattern, at (2) tangentially cut epithelial cells. The proper lamina (3) is negative.
