Description: Stain: (A) Azan; (B) stain antikeratin antibody immunoperoxidase staining with diaminobenzidin reaction (DAB).
(A): Survey endometrium mid secretory period characterized with numerous glands.
(B): Detail glandular duct stained positive for keratin 7 with the monoclonal antibody OVTL12-30. Note that the keratin is localized predominantly basally below the nucleus, since the apical site of the cell is filled with secrete.
